ASSIST - AGGIES SELFLESSLY SERVING IN SHAPING TOMORROW
Big (2020 – 2021) -Mentored a group of 12 freshman students to ensure their emotional and leadership success while fostering an uplifting and supportive community by checking in on my littles through phone calls and face time or helping tutor. - Assisted 8 freshmen in brainstorming and serving in a big-little service project volunteering with Keep Brazos Beautiful through a road cleanup by providing advice on how to schedule a large-scale 30+ member service project in a timely manner. - Created weekly social events such as Uno and Murder Mystery over zoom with roughly 12-17 people in attendance to allow the freshman to build connections and have community during a semester where it is hard to build relationships. Active Member (2019 – 2020) - Partnered with United Way to serve the Bryan/College Station community through student-led projects such as creating financial aid packages for custodial workers at A&M and helping manage a booth at a Halloween carnival in Bryan, TX.

Development/External Relations Chair (May 2020 – 2021) - Spearheaded our advisory board’s relationship with Accenture through professional email outreach and collaborated with the 17-member advisory board to help organize our society’s growth through a $19,000 gift and potential $200,000 endowment. - Participated in creating a M&W impact video to display to Accenture alongside a Vice President and other advisory board members, by recording a statement of how M&W has helped develop my communication skills as a fellow. - Expanded our organization’s network with Aggie Moms Clubs by professionally emailing over 80 different national clubs, sending information about our organization’s potential and providing the information for our organization to come present. - Worked with our Vice President to create a strategy for which organizations to outreach to on campus, place yard signs around campus, work informational presentations over zoom, and promote M&W on social media during recruitment. - Created informational presentations using graphic design software such as Canva to promote Maroon & White during recruitment seasons, but also to be used for Aggie Moms Clubs outreach. Fellow (2019 – 2020) - Engaged in leadership development programs such as Myer’s Briggs analysis, Adaptive Leadership, Green Dot/Stand Up overviews and more, while discussing leadership growth strategies in these areas with diverse leaders across campus. - Reflected over leadership growth with a A&M faculty mentor to track my growth in presentation and difficult

Student Representative (2020 – Present) - Appointed as the 1 undergraduate student representative to assist the TAMU faculty committee of 28 members to encourage, develop, and evaluate scholarship programs. - Reviewed university rules, SAPs and all other procedures pertaining to student scholarships alongside designated representatives from colleges and key university administrators.
